A much shorter post because I didn't research on wedding videographers as much. We committed to Iriswaves quite quickly because I liked his videos plus he seemed friendly while chatting through the Bridestory app. It was another one of our best decisions besides Arture as our photographer! Alvin went above and beyond in his service, and really takes initiative to make sure he does a good job. I didn't expect it, but he contacted us and said he would film us the day before at Marina Barrage (which is what you see at the start of the video). Other videographers normally charge extra for a pre-wedding video, but he did this short one FOC early on Friday morning. He also came early to film, advised my bridesmaid on keeping her off-shoulder straps up, found a good sunset spot after the ceremony, etc. He was always looking out for the best spots and angles, not only for the videos but for our photographer as well. In addition, when we couldn't upload the video to Facebook because of the song we chose, he quickly did up a shortened one for posting on social media. You can tell he genuinely takes prides in his work and he's a great guy to have around on your wedding day!
I can go on and on, but let's just say that with reasonable rates and great quality, Iriswaves is an 11/10 would recommend. I absolutely love our video and have watched it many times over. He even managed to capture details like my dress glittering <3
Other vendors I considered was ourweddingstory (also reasonable pricing with lots of things included, like drones and second videographer) and highestkiteweddings, which is often mentioned on Dayre. If you want a package, A Merry Moment has affordable rates for photography and videography combined.
